Are you a licensed clinic?
THRIVE operates as a licensed medical assistance platform, not a physical clinic. Our legal entity status (PT) is registered and governed by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (KEMENKUMHAM). All medical treatments are provided solely by our network of independently licensed physicians, whose individual practice permits are fully registered and monitored by the local Department of Health (Dinas Kesehatan). We bring premier, legally compliant medical care directly to you.
How fast can a doctor arrive at my location?
Our goal is rapid stabilization. Depending on your location within Bali and traffic conditions, our team typically aims to arrive within 45 to 90 minutes of confirmed booking during operational hours.
Is the IV Drip procedure safe? Also is it painful?
The procedure is very safe. It is performed by a licensed doctor or nurse under strict sterile protocols. While the initial needle insertion may cause slight discomfort, the rest of the infusion process is generally painless and allows you to rest comfortably.
Is the Wellness IV Drip Therapy considered a medical treatment?
Our Wellness IV Drips are designed for nutritional supplementation and hydration support to optimize your well-being. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. All materials provided are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice. Always consult your primary physician before starting any supplementation or wellness therapy program.
Is the treatment safe for my travel plans (e.g., flying)?
Our doctors prioritize your safe return to travel. We assess your fitness to fly and will advise you on the safest time to resume activities, including air travel.
Will I receive documentation for insurance claims?
Yes. For all Illness Protocols, you will receive a formal Medical Report (including diagnosis) and an Official Itemized Receipt to submit directly to your travel insurance provider. For Wellness Protocols, a formal receipt is provided.
What is the total cost? Is the Home Visit Fee (HVF) included?
The package price listed covers the Doctor’s Consultation and all medications/supplies for the protocol. This price does not include the Home Visit Fee (HVF). The HVF is calculated separately and dynamically based on several factors, including: distance from our operational hub, time of service, current traffic conditions, and the prevailing weather. Always contact our admin for the final, total price, including the HVF, before confirming your booking.
What happens if I require hospitalization?
Our attending physician will perform a full clinical assessment. If hospitalization is required (e.g., severe Dengue, surgical emergency, severe dehydration unresponsive to treatment), our team will provide immediate stabilization and assist in coordinating your safe and rapid transfer to a reputable hospital in the area.
